We pride ourselves on the maturity, experience and professionalism of our sales advisors. Our aim is to make sure our clients’ reputation is in safe hands hence our advisors are all DBS verified and comply with current government legislation.

Quality control & high standards

Our own internal quality control contacts a proportion of each of our sales advisors work. This ensures that our high standards are maintained and work is of consistent quality across all contracts.

Bespoke training

For each client we develop a bespoke training package that is targeted at their particular product and market. Ongoing training takes place at a local, regional and national level to provide updated guidance to all sales advisors.

We initially contracted Burden and Burden to recruit 300 new members in three months as a trial, they achieved this in two months. Within three weeks of first meeting them at the HLA Conference, they were canvassing for us and working together we haven’t looked back.

We have a specialist events management team that organise and run our own events.

Our events coordinator has over thirty years experience in event management ranging from small-scale local events to large national events at corporate level.
