Michael has 23 years experience in running successful direct marketing campaigns. His previous experience comes from working for four blue chip companies before starting Burden & Burdern Marketing Limited.
I have finally found my niche in life, working within the charity community on lotteries. In my long marketing career this has proved without doubt the most personally fulfilling sector and I am currently at my happiest in my working life.
Andrea co-founded Burden and Burden with Michael in 2011. Andrea oversees the office and finance teams as well as providing marketing and photography services to her own portfolio of clients.
Joined Burden and Burden in Spring 2016 and oversees Human Resources and Health and Safety.
Kevin joined Burden and Burden in 2017 and is a key part of the senior management team.

Having worked in the national charity sector collecting donations for over ten years my outlook has completely changed since working with Burden & Burden. I can now see exactly where the money raised is being spent and this is due to Burden & Burden’s close relationship with their clients. Working closely with the local hospice they have made me feel part of their team. Seeing the impact first hand on local communities, it’s fantastic to see the depth of feeling and support that the local community give their hospice.
She is mainly office based and has responsibility for ensuring the quality of our promotional teddy bears! Rosie gets to meet all new trainees who attend our in-house training courses. When not patrolling the office she can normally be found snoozing under a desk.
